Outbreak can't be downloaded because the download link is broken. Can it be fixed or is it lost forever?

The download links for "Center for Disease Management" (disase.rar) by Reginukem seems to be broken. ZIP version available on https://dukeworld.com/2001-current/unsorted/.

Was just a typo error in the database.
