Aren't the first two the same? ;D

Well the first question is about whether they get their inspiration from real life locations, or drawings they see, or just think them up somehow.
The second one is whether there is a mapper or mappers who has inspired their personal style or overall themes.
Wall whore.

> Are you a virgin? :D
Hmmm...I wonder what Gambini's respond to that would have looked like  ;D

I´m not virgin. I have sex for reproductive purposes.

How do you plan to structure the actual interview? A set of questions sent out to the author to answer, or by having an actual conversation with them allowing you to branch out?

Like that.

Merlijn has already replied.
I'm waiting for Gambini and Mikko to reply.
Haven't been able to reach Pinxten, though  :-[

Cool, but here's web design 101: Never put music on a website unless it's off by default.

I agree with Mikko about the music. Other then that, it's neat! :)

Puritan

I'm very happy to announce that I've been able to reach Maarten Pinxten.  :)
And he has been interviewed. Upload tonight (CET)

Nice work!!  ;D

He probably left Duke mapping before I even came to the community, so it's nice to find out some info about him.
Wall whore.

That's awesome!

But I'd get rid of the flash design entirely. It's just too obvious that you're using a ready-made template and you can't link to individual articles.

Wow, nice job Puritan, and cool that he took the time to respond! I remember playing MP's maps back in the days, good stuff.  :)

Congrats to Bob Averill for being mapper of the month. One of the early pioneers for environmental detailing and innovative usage of effects.

Merlijn

Good choise, the guy was a pioneer. :) I hope Puritan manages to get an interview with him heh. ;)

Puritan

It's hard to get in touch with him.
His e-mail addresses are invalid.

There are quite a few Bob Averill's out there  :-\
