                                                  Moontang Episode 1 - Brig it on

Here's my new map DOWNLOAD LINK Moontang Episode 1 - Brig it on. With Polymer ( Optional but looks perty )

Brig escape adventure map when the base is overtaken by aliens. With all skill levels, multiplayer and dukematch.

( Balanced for Let's Rock, Come Get Some+ is difficult and Piece of Cake might be to easy for some ).

It is 990 sectors light and should have no lag.











Next Episode planned is Moontang - Green Cheeze for Everyone.

Originaly I just wanted to fix some bugs but went a bit overboard.

Hence Hogwash Overboard Edition was born


Now with slightly reduced lag for a better framerate + a crapton more changes and fixes to the original.

+New Music. [ Try not to drown out the ambience with it 8) ]

+Recons ( or flying pigs ) added.

+Expanded some Areas.

+Improved looks, rebalanced combat & added features.

+All bugs fixed.

:Most everything has a function.

* Hand dryers in the bathrooms (gives pipe bombs)
* Rotisserie oven (gives atomic health)
* Coke machine (gives cola or small health)
* Dish washer (gives armor)
* Microwave (gives grow ammo)
* Fire alarms (gives crystal ammo) :Note I often miss these myself
* Ladder provides shortcut off Submarine
* Lockers have lots of usefull stuff inside
* Vents sometimes have goodies
* Tampon dispencers (gives 6 pack or large health)

Workbench: Classic Duke 3D / Reservoir Hogs

I found my new project name and theme Reservoir Hogs, but don't expect anything until late march.

Think Contract J.A.C.K. but with Duke Nukem. Chicago style.

I'm taking it slow this time, the last map almost killed me.

Hogwash (Siege on Triton 3) an Underwater base, action, adventure.

Duke is sent to Triton 3 with his trusty shotgun to investigate the disappearance of the crew & quickly finds out he's not welcome there.

Your mission is to clear out any infestations with prejudice including infected crew if you so choose, gain access to Central Command and destroy the base before alien reinforcements arrive.

From Central Command you are confronted with three color coded doors Red, Blue & Yellow.

Its your choice from here where to start. witch ever path taken you must find all three buttons that exposes the Reactor Core.

Duke then must blow up the Reactor to cut power to the Forcefield and find the Self Destruct Button to the base.

Optimal Setup           : Eduke32 polymer mode, Auto Aim off, Music 30% volume.

Every locker opens and the ladder in the sub also works, plus some
secrets I hope you can find easily (because who plays a user map more than once to find all the secrets?) that's why they are easy to find.

So if low on health, ammo, armor try using everything.

I released a Beta of my map, please let me know what you think so I can make modifications and weed out any bugs.

I just realised I left my placeholder monsters on the map so the count will be off.

I making an upsidedown underwater room you enter through a hole in the ceiling using TROR, it took time to mirror and flip them and all the other rooms you can see out through the windows.

Problem 1: all my sprites - barrels, lamps, phones etc.. all sink to the floor ruining the effect, is there any way using F8 or script_expertmode to stop them from falling.

Problem 2: I build most of my level on test maps and copy them over just in-case I want to overlap stuff among other things, but when I copy TROR's they get all flubbed up.
