I made a map! It's called "Day of Night". You can download it from here:

CGS review/download (http://www.scent-88.com/reviews/D/dayof/dayof.php)
Now, that's cool.
I'll try to check it out in a few days.
Why don't you head on over to the "Duke Resources" board and download a map template to go with your release?

He's already made one.
Gonna check out the map soon.
Man, can't believe I didn't check the second link in his post :P
Thought it was just another download mirror.
Pretty impressive map (especially for a first release) that has a good design and a challenging gameplay. (Sometimes too challenging.)
It gets too narrow at times, especially in the first part. The map improves as the player makes progress.
You should make a [Release] thread also at Duke4.net (http://forums.duke4.net/forum/29-user-maps-level-editing/)
Thnx a lots! You can see how I got a bit better at mapping while constructing this level; it was built in the same order it is played. Cramped indoors have always been a bad habit of mine; I'll give player more room in my next map - and perhaps more visibility too, as this map is pretty dark from start to finish.
Did you, Anvil, try different difficulty settings? Was it too challenging on Piece Of Cake?

I played it on Let's Rock. Haven't tried different difficulty settings yet.
Here (http://msdn.duke4.net/hotdayofnight.php) is a detailed review for this map.
There's a typo in the review, like, 85 should surely be something, like, 98. Or 99. O' like 100. But seriously, thnx for review.
