A two map mini episode loosely based on the movie Aliens.
This journey was built for COOP play! It's god damn hard to beat in single, but it is possible.
The first level is onboard a space vessel that doesn't respond anymore. Go in and investigate what happened.
The second level is on some distant planet where some scientific experiments have gone wrong. Once again: Enter this world and find out what's happened.
The map-pack comes with tons of new art and sound files in addition to new con files. Especially some of the new sounds gives this adventure a really creepy ambiance. There is only a few new enemies present but they're tough enough. A couple of new weapons such as a flame thrower is also what you can lay your hands on. The design is like a roller coaster: Ups and downs...Some areas are well designed with good lighting / shading while other parts are quite crappy. Especially the area where the alien queen is nesting can be a pain in the ass...It's a maze with lots of hidden passages and unpleasant surprises. Be sure to save often and watch your step!
Was it a sound from the vents....? Did you see that?....Something fast appeared in front of me and then disappeared!! Was it just a shadow?....My oh my!...I'm outta here!
