Description           : The United States Government has built many
			secret bases underwater, which made these
			bases perfect for weapons storage and top
			secret operations. The aliens were the first
			outsiders to find these advanced stations.
			Needless to say, Duke Nukem is called...
Additional Credits To : All the testers, especially Maverick,
			1dermike, and Dink's Rat. The map was done
			by me alone, so I'll thank myself.
