An alien space station map.
A very short linear level made up of small rooms and several corridors.
Duke docks to the station with a small shuttle and must make his way through the map to another shuttle. Locations are very typical of this styled map and consist mainly of control room type areas. Just about every room has a view port to look outside to add depth and there's a small underwater tunnel for a little change up in the walk around.
Game play is a key card hunt.
The setup is to locate all the keys first, then unlock the portal to access further into the map.
There is a small switch puzzle that opens a door on the other side of the map with no view screen showing what just unlocked. Fortunately the map is incredibly short and linear so figuring out where to go is fairly simple, but even in a map so short the lack of spawns for the backtracking trip really kills the flow of the action.
The enemy to weapon and supply ratio is decently balanced. There are some heavier guns, but the ammunition for those is very limited.
