Description: I decided to quickly put together a semi-new map for MSDN's 16th
anniversary. I used a map ("Speedcity") I made for the 1.5-Hour Community Build 
Project as a base (check the original map here: http://msdn.duke4.net/hot1halfhourcbp.php).
This new map is about double the size, featuring a brand new city block. I also
slightly changed the order in which you explore the areas. This new, expanded
version was finished in about three hours on the 25th of April; that makes about 
four hours of construction for the entire map. The map was heavily influenced by 
the original Duke3D city maps. Feel free to distribute the map provided this txt 
is supplied with the map.
