A medium sized city styled map this time around.
Duke has to find three keycards in order to unlock the nuke button. On his way around the city he get to explore quite some interesting places ( and a few surprises).
There is a movie theatre, a fed building, an apartment building ( with some ugly looking tenants), a bank, sewers and more.
The design is very good in places even though you might encounter the good ol' over-size syndrome...
Texturing is good and so are the lighting. The author also have thrown in quite a few effects ( hence the title; C9...).
You'll be given enough weapons and power-ups as you proceed.
Don't think you should miss out this map from back in May 1997 that not so many knows about.
