Does the word left-out does sound to you? Yes, as this is the fourth level which did not make it into the final Duke3D 1.3d version.
Presenting an unique use of multiple teleporters on the whole map, although the confussion between which to take may upset a bit, this turns out to be a greatly designed and original DM which you don't want to miss out.
