A small temple styled map.
The first official release by the NerdKoopa and he's off to a good start. Nothing over the top and a nice solid design with a very even flow.
The map is split into two major areas: a water temple and a fire temple. The player has the option of choosing which to explore first. Both temples display an architecture in the traditional Greek/Roman style.
The water temple does have a few underwater areas, but most of the game play is in the temple itself. There are some signs of aging and wear, and there's even evidence that someone has set up camp to do a little archeological exploring.
The fire temple, on the other hand, is some kind of subterranean dungeon and looks like it could still be in use.
Most of the map is made of a series of rooms that are sprinkled with little tricks like timed doors and moving sectors.
A few areas need to be polished; some of the architecture needs fine tuning and some stronger shading in several of the area, but it's a nice little map for a first time go and a fine example of a solid foundation in the basics. Overall a short, fun map.
