A full eleven-map episode (or map-pack if you like).
The authors own words at the beginning of the first map:Duke made it back to earth from Episode 1. He now finds himself in a graveyard, in front of an old mansion. A storm is raging. Duke must enter the mansion, find the secret lab where dead aliens are revived, and get out.
This adventure consist of eleven maps that can be played individually or as a full episode. Each new map starts off where the last one ended. The player is stripped for all inventories at the beginning of each map.
This episode is clearly better than the first one. The design is quite good on all maps. The environments is constantly shifting.
Texturing is very good for the most part. Lighting / shading is well taken care of giving the levels an athmospheric touch.
As Duke is stripped for weapons at the beginning of the maps he must find 'em over again. But the levels are constructed with this in mind so it's not a big deal.
All levels are quite big so expect a better part of your evening beating the episode (or play the levels one by one).
Good luck!
