This map resembles of the level "Duke Burger" from the original episode "The Birth".
The map is set around a Duke Burger restaurant with a shady business going on in the back of the establishment.....
Design is actually quite good for a map from an unknown mapper back in the days.
Texturing ain't bad and the author has pulled off some nice lighting and shadings.
The goal is to clinse the restaurant from vermin and finally nuke the place.
Only downside of this map is the enormous amounts of....uhm....everything.
A 10 minutes visit to an unfriendly burger joint.
