Long Haul Stranded in your damaged space shuttle you manage to climb out with an airtank. On the other side you spot and float over to an unknown space ship with the earth looming in the background. As you get closer, you are taken in by its size and presence. You muster up your courage and strength and wipe out the initial wave of alien intruders and head for the Moon's Earth Defense Force Headquarters to report your findings. At the Moon EDF life station (R&R) you find that the aliens have established a foothold and are preparing to launch an attack on earth. The quickest way around the moon base is to take the Moon Metroway and find the keycards to the Earth Teleporter. Back at the main Earth Defense Forces HQ on earth, you find yourself a step behind again. Clearing out those *&(#@* aliens, you take the train to the most secret inner Earth Defense Forces HQ and Research & Developement Center where you get caught and sent to the city camp. Seems that there's no end to the......... Maybe it's time to invade their planet, that's another story. BobME@AOL.com Copy E2L1 thru E2L6 .maps to your Duke3D directory and start a new game in the second episode. If you want to see the names of the maps as you play backup your user.con file and ren lhaul.con to user.con. Delete or move E2L1 thru E2L6 .maps and lhaul.con to restore your original configuration. R&R ='s rest and relaxation E2L2 has two metroways, the first is two pairs connected with a rubber like joint and between the pairs some windows that can be shot out, you can freely walk and jump back and forth while the metroway is in motion. Each end has tinted windows with a wide viewing area, cool. E2L4 has a train with three freight cars and a caboose. You can jump back and forth between each while in motion. Standing on the back of the caboose is quite a different feeling, makes you want to run for president. Both maps' vehicles are solid and great looking.
