Description		: Previously an unreleased level of mine, which was made in
			  2008. It is a E3L11-style city level. For the best, I left it
			  pretty much untouched, but added a lot more ammo, as this level
			  didn't have an awful lot of stuff. Other than that, it is pretty
			  much how it was in 2008.
