After Duke saved Earth destroying the queen he receives disturbing news.
In a remote island in the pacific there is a secret terrorist organization: SOTE (Satellitaly Organised Terrorist Enterprise)...(!)...that are manufacturing drugs and also have set up an antenna device to get in contact with those alien bastards.
Dukes assignment is simple: Get rid of the vermin and nuke the place!
The design is quite cool in places with nice usage of lighting and effects.
Be on your toes in this one or else you get killed! Explosions comes out of the clear sky. Monsters are respawning behind you.
An action packed level that would have been even better with a more linear gameplay. Yeah, you've guessed it: There is some back tracking involved.
Be careful with your ammo though....it might be some hot lead buzzing over your scalp from time to time!
