A space station map.
Overall it's a very simple level in construction and design and is made up of a series of square rooms. What detailing there is mainly got confined to the walls of the rooms, everything is flat, and the furnishings and decorations suffer from sizing issues.
The rooms are boxy, the ceilings are flat, and with the exception of the underwater section and the spacewalk sections, the map doesn't have any vertical variation. Add in no wall shading, very few shadows, and redundant detailing and the level just feels sterile.
On the plus side the texturing is adequate and proper, there's some minor pallete usage, and with the underwater section and the spacewalk sections the environment has some variation.

Game play is walking from room to room opening locks.
There are key cards involved, but it's nearly to the point where the card is collected and the player turns around and puts it in the lock.
With very little in the way of puzzles or exploring the challenge is left up to the combat scenarios which can be a bit rough.
Just about every room has a small handful of aliens occupying it and are pretty much right in the players face as soon as they enter it. Despite this aggressive form of fire fight engagement there are enough supplies spread around to balance it out.
The most interesting and entertaining portion of the map comes at the end where Duke faces off against a Queen while space walking.

Texturing/Lighting-Shading: 7/10
Sprite Work/Detailing: 6/10
Ambiance: 7/10
Architecture: 14/20
Layout: 13/20
Gameplay/Design: 24/30
Overall: 71/100
