The aliens have taken over a space ship launching station and Duke must kill everything that moves because it heals the hurt inside that gallons of alcohol just doesn't seem to numb.
A huge map with a superb layout and design.
The detailing, shading, sprite work, and architecture are incredible. Excellent attention to detail was taken to make this map.
The texturing is also done very well and taking the size of the map into consideration; the few spots where it's misaligned or off a bit don't make for a rain drop in the ocean.
Game play is even from start to finish. That's because it's a fire fight from start to finish. Although Duke's arsenal is limited to a few weapons, no fear; there's loads of ammunition and health placed or spawned through out the map.
The aliens are very well placed, and not just stacked haphazardly, making for a constant assault to take ground and make progress.
The premise is a key search and switch throwing affair and with the incredible job done on the ambiance, exploring and looking around are a pleasure.
For those who like exploring and killing aliens; lots and lots of aliens.
Sprite Work/Detailing-Architecture: 9/10
