I'm off for a AC/DC concert in Oslo in a few hours.
Can't wait!  8)

So, AC/DC was just as expected: One hell of a Highway to Hell!
Angus acted like he was still 20 years old and Brian still got it. Respect!

Well well well, time is almost here.
In a couple of weeks, I'll be travelling to Oslo for a ringside experience of this band from Finland.
Especially looking forward to listening to Joona's lead guitar  8)
Of course, Noora will be ruling the stage as always!
It is just me or is she having a little bit of Janis Joplin inside of her......?

13 years old already....man, I'm feeling old.
This tune was in fact the one who got me into Gojira.
Their last big involvement was as opening band for the summer olympics in Paris.
Not very often you'll encounter an extreme-metal band in the olympics, do you?

I'm off to a cabin in the woods.......with lots of good friends and joy.
Guess the music would be a tad "nicer" than I'm fond of....but I'm sitting in my cave and warming up with this tune:

I wonder if the Oostrum bros still are lurking in the shadows...  ;D
I reckon they would appreciate this little piece of music.
It is a 15 years old piece but I still listen to it from time to time.
Realizeing that these guys were pretty good musicians!

After many years without new releases, Dimmu Borgir is back with a new album!
This is in my opinion the best song on that record.
Gives me vibes to old-school stuff fom the Death Cult Armageddon era.

Tomorrow I'll be at the Tons of Rock festival in Oslo.
The headliner would be Iron Maiden.
This will be the 5th time I'll see them live.
The first time was way back in 1980 when they haven't reached the halls of fame yet.
Actually, they were warm-up band for the headliner; Kiss !!!

I discovered these swedes quite a few years ago but I sort of forgot about 'em....
Dusted off some of their releases and I must say they're quite catchy  8)
